- Lead ideation and managed the design and the execution of this lifestyle brand, deeply rooted in Dubai urban landscape.
- Set standards and guidelines for brand direction, interior design, FF&E, uniforms, signage, and art for the brand and per property.
- Managed consultants and site team, ensuring hand-over happens on time and without compromise on quality and aesthetic.
- 5 Hotels (1630 keys) opened in 2 years span and more than 2,100 keys at design stage.
- Developed derivative concepts: Family Friendly Urban Resort (Rove at the Parks) Barefoot Destination (Rove la Mer) and serviced hotels (Rove 2.0)
